Administrator Rights Requirements to install and run CitiDirect on Sun Java™ Software
Administrator Rights to your computer are required to install and run CitiDirect on the Sun Java™ software. The Administrator Rights requirements are listed below. If you do not have administrator rights to your computer, please contact your technical support staff.

Sun Java Software Installation Requirements:

You will need full control of the:

  • Program Files Folder (e.g. C:\Program Files).
  • Downloaded Program Files Folder (e.g. C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files).
  • User Profile Folder (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\{username}).
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE key in the registry.
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE key in the registry.
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT key in the registry.

  • Downloaded Program Files Folder (e.g. C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files).
